Host & Facilitator

Neil is a consultant, top trainer and collaborative facilitator in Transformational Strategies, currently living in Northwest Montana.

Known for his “roll up his sleeves” practical approach, Neil works side by side with a wide array of cultures and professions. With over twenty years as an international management consultant, facilitator, strategist and trainer, he brings a broad range of perspectives and experience to his facilitation of Corporate & Government Transformations worldwide. Trained as a Telecom Engineer, he received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration in General Management.

While embarking upon his own 'red pilling' journey between 2017 and 2019, Neil took his professional online experience and established a large Facebook Community, Blog Platform and eventually a Podcast now called The Scrum Den. He is also the author of Neil’s Substack - Awareness on Purpose. During the changing times of 2020, Neil migrated his “side hustle” Logos Rising Community into an indispensable lifeline network of knowledge, sources and camaraderie.

Originally born in Toronto and raised in nearby London, Neil has lived and worked in diverse geographies. These include Calgary, Vancouver, Santa Clara CA, San Diego CA, Brunei, Botswana, Namibia, Kenya, South Africa, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Dubai, Doha, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. He credits his journeys in these diverse places for shaping his appreciation of mindsets, perspectives and culture, as well as the importance of regional identity in clarifying and inspiring trajectories. Now living in the idyllic location of Northwest Montana, he shares these insights with clients and audiences around the globe.

On a more personal note, Neil has two adorable teenagers and a Bernese Aussie Doodle named Marli. There is a border between them now, but they spend time together whenever they can. Neil enjoys being a “hockey dad”, road trips and playing rec hockey also known as “beer hockey”.
